Shipping & Returns

We are convinced the shipping process is actually quite simple. When you order something, we send it to you. It needs to get there fast and safe. The following policies give us both equal protections. A good deal is one that’s good for everybody or it isn’t good for anybody!

Same Day Shipping: Most orders ship the same day they’re placed, providing we have payment confirmation before 1 pm (Pacific time) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Some bulky items and illusions may require special packing; please allow an extra 24 hrs to process those orders. If we get busy, your order may ship the next business day. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery times.

Refunds & Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not refund shipping charges, tax, or instant downloads. Merchandise should be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Backorder: We really do not like to backorder at any time. But on occasion, the need may arise. You will be notified if an item has suddenly become out of stock or discontinued; the balance of your order will ship immediately. Since this will affect your order total, shipping may be charged and discounts adjusted accordingly.

Packaging: Packaging magic is an art form! It’s also boxes, tape, newspaper, and foam. If we can save you money by removing excess packaging from an item, we will. For instance, we may breakdown a bulky box or compress sponge balls.

Types of Service: We use United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service.

Delivery Times: Depending on the location, you should receive your order within 10 business days, (unless you choose an expedited shipping means to ensure faster delivery). Some "free shipping" orders may be sent third-class or surface mail and will take longer to receive. If we get busy, your order may ship the next business day. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery times. 

Faster Shipping: If you need your package shipped two-day expedited or next-day air, please choose the appropriate option during the checkout process. Should your order be placed after the cut-off time, it will be dispatched the next business day under the terms of expedited service. 

Tracking and Insurance: Many orders receive a tracking number in the “Shipped” confirmation e-mail. We will provide tracking information upon request. We insure most packages worth more than $40. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping Costs for domestic orders are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Definitions: A check or money order is not confirmed until it clears the bank. We cannot send single orders to multiple addresses. Your order may be drop-shipped by our vendors. Domestic orders are those placed within the United States or Canada. All other locations are considered international. Orders are shipped in a single parcel unless we decide otherwise.

* Free shipping credit is a credit given back to your account that will come off your next order automatically. Your order must ship UPS only to quifiy and is good for up to $150.00 in credit per order.
