This is a complete comedy magic routine.

Effect: A spectator picks a card.

The card is placed back in the deck.

Next a pair of "Grandpa Charlies" teeth are shown. It is stated that he was a vaudville perfomer. The teeth will find the selected card. The teeth and the cards are placed in a bag. Nothing happens. The spectator is asked to make a monetary contribution to Grandpa Charlie so she places a few dollars in the bag as well.


Still nothing happens. The perfomer states that Grandpa Charlie hates working without reading the newspaper.

He throws a sheet of the dialy paper in the bag. A few seconds later, the performer reaches into the bag and pulls out some shredded currency and a piece of the newspaper.

The piece of newspaper is unfolded and low and behod there is the identity of the card eaten out of the paper.
