Product Description

"...a clever stand-up hunk. Look up "packs small, plays big" in the dictionary. You'll see a picture of this trick. The routine is simple to do and offers lots of opportunities for by-play with the spectator." - Michael Close, September 2002, MAGIC magazine

"This is the perfect parlor/stage effect for all audiences. And, since there is no sweeter sound than a person's own name, your spectator not only feels like a celebrity - he becomes the star of the show!"

Effect:
The magician writes his name in large letters across the face of a jumbo blank card. After the spectator does the same with his card, both cards are placed behind the magicians' back. One card is then brought to the front - with only the back of the card showing. With a little mental help from the magician, the spectator correctly guesses the name on the card behind the magician's back every time! Finally, one of the cards vanishes, then reappears on the spectator's back!

Dry erase markers are used. And, since the cards are specially made with dry erase surfaces, the routine possibilities are endless!

Here are just a few:

Corporate: Affix your client's logo (sticker) in the middle of a blank side. When it finally appears on the spectator's back say something like, "...At (XYZ Company), we're always behind you." Or, "...at (XYZ), we've got your back."
Mentalism: Use geometric shapes like a circle, star, square, etc.
Patriotic: Flag colored markers, etc.
